Kids Against Hunger
On Saturday, we took Elliana to help feed the children of Guatemala. Kids Against Hunger sends food to the US and the world, but what we packed went to the orphans in Guatemala. Elliana did great! She scooped the rice, soy, vitamins and minerals, and the dried veggies, not all at once, but taking turns until one kid got tried. My job was to help her. Chris checked the weight of each bag. When you finish, you can try the food, Elliana would have none of it. It just tastes like a rice casserole. I did not bring my camera so I do have have a picture of the finished package, but Chris was able to take a picture with his phone.
